The Education Partnership is a 501(c)(3) Pennsylvania nonprofit organization that receives tax-deductible contributions of both funds and products.  Corporations can use IRS Ruling I-70(e)(3) when donating new manufactured goods to The Education Partnership, who does not charge for the goods.  Donors should rely on the advice of a trusted tax advisor.
